The past October 28th, we were present for three days at the largest international food and beverage exhibition held in Shanghai (China), led by FIAB as the organizer of the Spanish pavilion at the SNIEC venue. Despite the pandemic, the fair quantified a high volume of national and international attendees, and China continues to rank it as one of the most important destinations for Spanish Food and Beverages exports in recent years.
Due to COVID-19, the Sial China 2020 has been the first fair in which we have been able to participate due to the sanitary and security restrictions that are currently present around the world.
This year Costa Brava Mediterranean Foods stand was focused on the promotion of Spanish Serrano ham. Equally, one of our main objectives was to convince consumers of our awareness and contingency plans in the fight against the pandemic. In addition, in a more visual way, we had placed a large screen in the side hallway with a video recording with all the prevention and security measures taken against COVID-19 in our production plants.
