This year the 15th edition of the fair SIAL Shanghai, the most important food fair which is held every years in this country, attracted nearly 2,400 exhibitors and our participation allowed us to know the latest trends in the sector as well establish relationships with leading manufacturers and distributors of meat there.
The timing of our sales team also traveled to Seoul to attend the annual fair Seoul Food & Hotel, the most traditional food hall, organized international presence and importance in South Korea where we could also see firsthand emerging trends and needs of the Asian market.
